Big Buddha
Hello world and thanks for keeping up with our travel experience. We have lots to blog so we will try and get caught up today. Yesterday we visited "Big Buddha" (literal name). Located at the top of a mountain) which you at first take a sky tram (the biggest I've ever seen) to the village where you then walk to Buddha where you are faced with a daunting set of stairs and of course I brought my camera and tripod and backpack of gear. Its one of the most amazing places I have personally ever been, a must see for anybody traveling through. Anyways on with the photos like I promised I would stick to.

Macau
As you all can probably tell Ms. Joyce is much better with words than I am. So I will probably stick to the "1 liners" and mainly photos. We are currently in Macau which I would easily compare to Asia's Las Vegas. I think I even saw a billboard that said that. Having a great time still trying to catch up to this time change.

Hong Kong Cuisine
After a restful four hours of sleep, we made our way to get brunch nearby. I love that so many shops and restaurants are in walking distance! It is nice to not be so car dependent.
Blake is fitting in perfectly here. He is becoming a natural with chopsticks. And for all you coke fanatics out there (Blake is one of them), he says the coke is a touch different. It has the smallest hint of berry or fruit flavor. I think he's crazy, but I played along.
In this pic is the beautiful future dentist and my older sister Alisha, myself, Blake, an all around amazing adorable lil sis Libby, and my dear amazing cousin Yinni who has been our tour guide. Thank God she is here! We would be lost without her... Literally!
First night in Hong Kong
We are safely in Hong Kong. After roughly 21 hours of flight, 2 plane changes, and 3 countries we are finally here. Joyce's family met us at the airport (where there was a huge swarovski crystal Christmas tree. We took a double decker bus into the city and huge is an understatement to describe this place. We took a late night stroll to get a bite to eat and now that its 4:20 AM here we are back home and getting ready for bed.
